Choose the right system and actually get it working

ERP Implementation

Most ERP projects fail on process, not software. We start with how your business actually runs, choose a system that fits it, and stay involved through migration and training until your team is genuinely using it.

Our process

How we handle it

  1. Discovery

We map your order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes and identify where the real friction is.

  2. Selection

We recommend a system sized to your business and budget, and are honest when a simpler tool would serve you better.

  3. Build and migrate

Configuration, master data and opening balances are set up and validated against your existing records.

  4. Train and support

Your team is trained on their actual daily tasks, with support through the first reporting cycles.

What to prepare

Documents you will need

Send what you have — we will tell you what is missing before anything is submitted, so nothing gets rejected on a technicality.

  • Current process documentation, if any
  • Existing chart of accounts and trial balance
  • Master data — customers, suppliers, products
  • Opening stock and asset registers
  • Details of systems currently in use

ERP Implementation questions

Still unsure? Call +92 339 6752500 and speak to a consultant directly.

Which ERP should we use?
It depends on your size, industry and budget. Odoo suits many Pakistani SMEs; QuickBooks or Xero are often enough for service businesses; larger operations may need SAP Business One. We recommend after discovery, not before.
Will it handle FBR sales tax invoicing?
We configure invoicing formats and tax codes to match your FBR obligations, so what comes out of the system is usable for filing.
How disruptive is the switch?
We normally run parallel for one cycle so nothing is lost. Expect meaningful involvement from your team during migration and training.
What if we already started and it went wrong?
Recovery work is common. We assess what is salvageable and what needs rebuilding, and give you a straight answer on both.
