Import & Export Licensing
Before you can clear a single consignment you need to be correctly enrolled with customs. We handle WeBOC and Pakistan Single Window registration together with the tax registrations that must be in place first, so your first shipment is not held at the port.

Import/Export Licensing questions
Still unsure? Call +92 339 6752500 and speak to a consultant directly.
- What is WeBOC and how does it relate to PSW?
- WeBOC is Pakistan Customs' electronic clearance system. The Pakistan Single Window is the newer integrated platform bringing multiple regulators together. Traders generally need to be enrolled on the current system to file goods declarations.
- Do I need sales tax registration to import?
- In most cases yes. Commercial importers are normally required to hold both NTN and STRN before customs enrolment is granted.
- Can I import without a company?
- A sole proprietorship with the correct registrations can import. A company is often preferred for credit lines and larger volumes.
- Do you handle clearing and forwarding?
- We handle registration and the compliance side. We can introduce you to clearing agents for the physical movement of goods.
