Using this website
The content on this site is general information about our services. Engaging us
- An engagement begins only when scope and fees have been agreed in writing.
- Fees quoted cover the scope described. Additional work is quoted separately before it is undertaken.
- Government fees, challans and third-party charges are payable by you in addition to our fees.
Your responsibilities
- Providing complete and accurate information and documents.
- Telling us promptly of anything that changes your tax or corporate position.
- Forwarding any notice or correspondence from an authority as soon as you receive it.
We prepare submissions on the basis of what you give us. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information that was incomplete, inaccurate or provided too late to act on.
Timelines
Timelines shown on this site are typical, not guaranteed. Processing by FBR, SECP, IPO Pakistan and other authorities is outside our control and can be affected by verification requirements, system availability and policy changes.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us is kept confidential and used only for your engagement, except where disclosure to an authority is required to carry out the work or is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for penalties or losses arising from information withheld from us or provided inaccurately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
